Managed 24/7 is delighted to announce that we are now members of the Service Desk Institute (SDI) - a globally recognised independent organisation that advocates the highest level of service desk performance and service. Being a member of the SDI will provide Managed 24/7 access to tools and training that will help improve the quality and standard of our service desk, which will ensure the customer receives the best quality service every time.
Becoming an SDI member ensures our service desk stays up-to-date with the latest industry news and knowledge. However, membership with the SDI goes far beyond training.
Certification is an auditable deep dive into our service desk with a true valuation of the level of service which we offer. We also will be taking part within community forums which allows us to work with other SDI members on improvement including online idea sharing, a resource library and events/networking opportunities.
