HTB/Alpha International, a leading Christian charity who have a global footprint in the revitalisation of the church and transformation of society, has appointed Managed 24/7 to provide a full 24x7 IT managed support service to its UK operations, focusing on driving innovative and business strategic alignment of technology.
The technology the business uses within its day to day operation is becoming increasingly demanding with the ever-growing demands of technology collaboration and flexible working. HTB have invested heavily in their technology over the years of growth, however were still caught in a reactive cycle when it came to support and the adoption of these technologies.
The contract covers the integration of a 24x7x365 support and monitoring function which will enhance HTB’s current in-house capability and automate laborious day to day operations. By removing these tasks, we will enable HTB to direct their internal resource in developing their own internal and client facing operations.
Matt Simms, Director of IT at HTB, comments: “HTB have come a long way over the years and continue to have a strong growth mindset. The tireless work surrounding innovation and technology is what has made this business such a success. When it comes to technology, we really wanted to partner with someone who understood how to align technology to our business strategy and challenge our methods and providing strategic advice".
It was clear from the outset that Daniel Neale and the Managed 24/7 team have a clear understanding of what it takes for a business to grow and what challenges could be faced along the way. From the initial onsite assessment through to service transition, the team at Managed 24/7 have shown professionalism and vast knowledge in undertaking such a transformation from a traditional break-fix mentality to a productivity led approach to technology.
