Since our inception we have been focused on the monitoring and automation tools employed by enterprise service desks and frustrated by the pace of change these had with the markets we were addressing.
Five years ago, we started on the creation of our own tool. A tool that would enable one service desk engineer to do the work of 10, to stop thousands of alerts appearing for the same issue and to be able to sculpt priority dependent on the business unit any component was linked to.
By way of example. A payroll application is very important one week a month. Wouldn't it be great to set a P1 on that application if there is an issue during that week then P2 at all other times? The possibilities are endless and exciting.
