Managed have an integrated Managed System (IMS) this allows us to have our systems and processes in one complete framework, enabling our company to work as a single unit with unified objectives. While most organisations often focus on management systems individually, this ultimately means that they are likely to have teams that don’t communicate with each other on a regular basis and are siloed. Our team ensures that we follow best practice throughout the entire lifecycle of the system and ensure that we build on our approach through our close working teams. This is a vital part of our operations and as part of the service we provide to our customers. A key aspect of our operations is our Data Team who ensure that both Data Protection and Information Security best practices are being adhered to. Allowing our employees to be proactive around Information Security and Data Protection is a key driver in our success
Keeping our employees informed of changes to standards and what aims they have including compliance is key to our strategy, Our Data Team are always on hand to assist our teams where required and also ensure we are regularly audited for compliance, whilst also reviewing current practices and ensuring the framework we have set in place is being adhered to.

Our dedicated teams communicate out to our customers from our Service Desk teams to our Service Delivery Management team, ensuring that throughout the entire lifecycle of their query or incident they are kept up to date.
